Shipping Policy

Welcome to Jalwa Store (“we”, “our”, “us”). We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.
1) Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–4 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Processing time begins once your payment and order details are confirmed.
- If an item is out of stock or requires additional verification, we will contact you at the email or phone number provided at checkout.
2) Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight/size, and courier rates.
- The final shipping cost will be shown before you place the order.
3) Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times depend on your city/region and courier service.
- You will receive an estimated delivery window at checkout and in your shipment confirmation email/SMS.
- Please note that delivery estimates do not include the 3–4 working day processing window.

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking ID.

5) Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
6) Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure your name, address, and contact number are correct at checkout.
- Address changes may be possible before dispatch. After dispatch, changes are subject to courier policies and may not be guaranteed.
7) Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Orders
- Couriers typically make one or more delivery attempts. If the parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, it may be returned to sender. Re-delivery may require additional shipping fees.
8) Delays & Exceptions
- Unexpected events (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, public holidays, operational issues) may cause delays. We’ll do our best to keep you updated.
9) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected/actual delivery date. Provide your order number and tracking ID so we can investigate with the courier.
